Q. WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

A. We accept cash, checks, Paypal and Venmo. Payment is due on pickup or at time of delivery of hay.

Q. WHAT TYPES OF HAY DO YOU HAVE FOR SALE?

A. We grow Alfalfa, OrchardGrass and Meadow Grass hay. All hay for sale is subject to availability.

Q. CAN I PICK UP AT THE RANCH? WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

A. Yes, you can pick-up at the ranch on select Saturdays throughout the season. For large orders we can arrange loading generally anytime during the week by appointment. Please text us the day before to confirm availability.

Q. DOES THE PRICE INCLUDED LOADING?

A. Yes we will load any pickup or flatbed. We do not load horse trailers - you may bring a horse trailer and we will bring the hay to the back of the trailer, but you will have to load it from there.

Q. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

A. The hay delivery fee is a $3 per mile (one way) for each load, measured from New London, MO to your address via the shortest route. The delivery truck we use is two wheel drive road tractor and a 34 foot trailer. The delivery location will need to have a gravel surface and gentle turns for the delivery truck to be able to safely navigate.

Q. DO YOU TEST YOUR HAY?

A. Yes, we do test our hay from time to time. If you would like to see the test results, or would like a specific type of hay tested, please contact us and we will provide you with those reports.

Q. DO YOU PROVIDE ANY WARRANTIES FOR YOUR HAY?

A. We do our best to grow premium quality hay that is put up right. We stand by what we sell. If you get a bad bale that is full of mold or weeds, we will give you a credit on your next order - all we ask is that you send us photos and keep the hay available for us to inspect it if necessary. If there is just one or two weeds, we hope you can understand that we cannot replace a full bale when 98% of it is good quality hay - if we did we would be out of business.
